Industrial Informatics, Inc. is an experienced
control systems integrator with a portfolio of
projects ranging from automated assembly for the
automotive industry to "lights-out" waste-water
processing systems. We provide both "turn-key"
solutions for new applications or retrofits of
existing equipment. As an independent integrator we
can tailor a solution using your preferred hardware
or we can specify components from our experience
with a number of vendors including Allen-Bradley,
ABB, Siemens, Beckhoff, Mitsubishi, Nachi, Endress-Hauser,
GE, FANUC, Honeywell, TI, Koyo, Cognex, Keyence, and
National Instruments..
All of our fabrication projects are conceptualized
during the design phase using 3D modeling software
such as Autodesk Inventor, SolidWorks, or Pro/E to
communicate an expectation of the final product
before actual fabrication begins. We provide
detailed documentation for each project using either
your internal company preferences or our templates
strictly based on internationally accepted standards
from the IEC, ISA, ISO, and NEC. Each design package
includes P&ID, Instrument Loop, Process Flow,
Electrical, Mechanical, and Logic diagrams for every
aspect of the project.
Industrial
Informatics, Inc. was founded in 1994 with a focus
on data driven manufacturing and SCADA system
implementation. We have since expanded into
equipment fabrication and control design to provide
"turn-key" solutions with a single project
management point of contact and greater quality
control over the final product. With this expansion
we can integrate our background in flexible
manufacturing and visualization into each system. We
build systems that communicate directly with
corporate ERP systems including SAP and Microsoft
Dynamics as well as individually customized
interfaces with other AS400 based systems. Using
back-end data servers such as MS SQL Server, Oracle,
PostgreSQL, and Access we can construct applications
that are easily reconfigured based on changing
manufacturing needs without modifications in the
controller logic or application code. Industrial
Informatics, Inc. has built professional and
intuitive SCADA systems and machine interfaces using
industry "best practices" with a number of
architectures including Inductive Automation,
Intellution/Proficy, RSView, Wonderware, Citect,
Visual Basic/OPC, C#/OPC, Java/OPC, LabView, and
Factory Link. We have also provide cost effective
custom applications and drivers written in Visual
Basic, C#, Java, C++.
